Crock Pot Luau Pork

titustablecollecti

Prep Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 day Bake Temp: low Setting

Ingredients:

6 pound pork shoulder , bone-in

2 tablespoons pink salt , Hawaiian or Himalayan (kosher salt is ok too)

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

Put pork in the slow cooker, fattier side up.

Season with salt all over then add the Worcestershire sauce.

Cover and cook on low for 24 hours (don't add any water).

** I typically make this to serve along side a Hawaiian Roll or my Pineapple Rice. I do make this one ahead so it is super tender. And bonus- if there are left overs of the pork, it freezes and thaws wonderfully for a grab and go meal in the future!

About Holly

Mama of 7, wife to an incredible man. I spend my days loving my husband, raising and schooling our kiddos, playing with our pup, baking or cooking something in the kitchen and working on ways to keep our home running more smoothly.

Passionate about simplicity, coffee, creativity and Christ. I desire to see a grass roots movement of mothers (& fathers!) that reclaim and live out a biblical definition of family while leading our children to intimately know God and love Him dearly.
I truly believe that the best is yet to come and I invite you on this journey into our High Calling of Motherhood and our Beloved Identity as His Daughters.
