Breakfast Casserole

Prep Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 1 hr Bake Temp: 415 F


1 dozen eggs whisked and beaten

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 lb cooked ground breakfast turkey sausage

1 Vidalia onion diced and cooked

1 bell pepper (color of choiced) diced and cooked

1 cup of whipping cream

salt and pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 415

  2. In a large bowl combine eggs, salt and pepper to preference and heavy cream; Whisk together until cream starts to thicken

  3. Grease a 9x13 oven safe dish. To this add cooked onion, pepper and sausage.

  4. Top egg mixture to the cooked meat and veggies

  5. Top with cheese and bake for 50-60mins or until egg has cooked through. If it isn't cooked through, but Top is starting to darken quickly cover with foil until the final 10mins of cooking. At that time, uncover and finish the baking time.
